Life Is Easy! You just make things more difficult!
You don't have to overthink it!
So far, on my self-improvement blog, I've always stated that life is complicated. And I still believe that. This blog isn't for people who are already on the path to self-improvement. This is a blog for people who don't know where to begin or haven't begun.
Everyone has a problem. Some may have more serious issues, while others may have minor issues.
One issue that most people have, regardless of external factors, is that they overcomplicate these problems. Or they may overthink it and make matters worse for themselves. Every problem now is unique.
Exercise can help you change your mood. Exercise has been shown to improve your mood in both the short and long term. Many people exercise in order to become stronger or to improve their appearance. If those aren't important to you, you can do a small (easy) exercise to make yourself feel better. You don't have to do the most difficult tasks!
If you want to be more relaxed, meditate. Meditation is something I've previously discussed. I don't believe I need to demonstrate that meditating makes you calmer. That is a proven fact. So, if you're stressed, take a seat and meditate!
Journal if you want to understand yourself. Again, I've mentioned time and time again when it comes to journaling. While journaling can help you relax, meditating takes the top spot in this blog.
